EC Mobile Customer and Sales Management

EC is a customer-connection, sales and mobile CRM platform.

EC is described as a cloud platform providing connection and data services, with three cores: EC Sales for sales automation and CRM; EC Enterprise Messaging for WeChat-based communication and collaboration; and EC Customer Service for multiple communication channels. EC means “Easy Connected”—connecting with customers.

EC’s published platform profile reports more than 100,000 enterprise users, more than 30 million sales activities per day and more than 5 million new sales opportunities.

Customer management

Import contacts from QQ, phones and business cards and record follow-up automatically, reducing manual recording and retaining relationship history when sales staff leave.

  • QQ import: consolidate customer details dispersed across staff phones, QQ and business cards through one-click QQ import, phone import and business-card scanning.
  • History: automatically retain information from first contact through transactions so records remain with the company after employee departure.
  • Visibility: analyse total customers and recent contacts to manage customer resources.

Customer development

Frequent calls are often needed to win an order. EC combines one-click dialling, incoming-call pop-ups and follow-up materials sent by QQ, email or SMS to improve telephone-sales efficiency.

Telephone Companion supports PC one-click dialling and mobile direct calling, with a stated capacity of up to 500 calls per day. Incoming-call pop-ups help staff respond promptly. QQ binding, email and SMS complement these contact functions.

Follow-up

Tags, sales plans and batch contact help identify opportunities and maintain follow-up. Tags distinguish prospects, trial customers, key accounts and general customers. Plans and reminders help avoid losing opportunities during busy periods. Selected customers can be contacted in batches by QQ, email or SMS rather than one by one.

Sales-process management

Use sales data, activity records and field-visit check-ins to manage teams. Call recording supports analysis of successful conversations and sharing scripts and experience as sales templates. Statistics covering calls, QQ, SMS and email show activities in data and charts. Visit locations, check-ins and contact recordings support field-work review during local visits or travel. Applicable notice, consent and privacy requirements must be established for the actual deployment.

EC and traditional CRM

Traditional CRM organizes customer information and sales/service workflows. EC connects QQ, WeChat, phone and email, automatically retains contacts and activities, and helps identify customer status for targeted marketing.

Customer-management fundamentals

Key-account management brings dispersed contacts together, retains the full relationship history when employees leave and presents customer totals and recent-contact analyses clearly.

What is EC Lite?

A lightweight mobile application for instant messaging, enterprise email, website customer service and mobile CRM. Staff can contact customers, view interaction histories and follow up while away from the office.

How EC is described as supporting sales

  1. Develop customers: H5/WeChat-circle marketing captures leads; Telephone Companion dials selected customer lists; tags, attributes and activity help filter high-intent prospects; a sales assistant provides reminders, plans, templates and batch messaging.
  2. Retain customer assets: staff continue communicating through QQ, phones and email; import business cards, QQ, address books and Excel; retain follow-up, conversations and sales histories in a unified customer store.
  3. See the sales process: identify issues promptly rather than waiting until month-end; analyse recordings to improve team conversations; use mobile field check-ins and attendance to report site activity to the office.
